Share the benefits of Reformer Pilates with a partner, family member, or friend in our Duet sessions. These classes offer the same personalised attention as a private session but are designed for two people, making it a perfect bonding experience while working towards your fitness goals together. These sessions are more flexible and can also incorporate other Pilates equipment such as the Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, and Wunda Chair to add different aspects depending on your goals.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. You can do this through your online booking account in the members area. Any questions or help needed please contact us.
