Pilates Circuits

Revitalise your fitness routine with our Pilates Circuits classes, designed to provide a fun, challenging, and varied workout that targets every muscle in your body.

In our Pilates Circuits classes, you’ll rotate through various pieces of Pilates equipment, including the Ladder Barrel, Reformer, Wunda Chair. Each station focuses on different muscle groups and aspects of fitness, ensuring a balanced and effective workout. Hand weights are also incorporated to add an extra challenge and enhance upper body strength.

 

During a 50-minute session, you’ll spend 1-3 minutes on each exercise, continuously moving and engaging your muscles in new ways. This format not only keeps the workout interesting but also maximises calorie burn and improves cardiovascular health.

Pilates Circuits classes provide a comprehensive workout that targets all major muscle groups, enhancing core strength, flexibility, balance, and cardiovascular fitness.
