You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

You have two options for returning your item:

 

• Return to Our Richmond Location (Free of Charge): You can return your item directly to our Richmond location at no cost. Please ensure the item is in its original packaging and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

• If you prefer to return your item by post, please contact our customer service team at studio17@hotmail.co.uk for instructions. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return postage.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
