As a Psychosexual & Relationship Therapist, Lucy helps individuals and couples overcome the barriers that hold them back from living satisfying, sex-positive lives, and from having meaningful, deeply connective relationships.
Lucy is an integrative therapist, with a particular interest in Gestalt (present moment and self-awareness) and Psychodynamic (the root of behaviours).
Her style is expert, direct, open, honest, sometimes confronting, empathetic, and truth-finding. She is interested in creating real, impactful, sustainable change for everyone that she works with. She is registered with the College of Sexual & Relationship Therapists (COSRT) and is a member of the National Council of Integrative Psychotherapists (NCIP), as well as BACP.
