Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Varley purchase from Studio 17. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help. This policy outlines our returns and refunds process, applicable to purchases made through our online store.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Return an Item

You have two options for returning your item:

1. Return to Our Richmond Location (Free of Charge):

  • You can return your item directly to our Richmond location at no cost. Please ensure the item is in its original packaging and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Address: Studio 17 Pilates & Health Hub, 394 Richmond Road, East Twickenham, TW1 2DY

2. If you prefer to return your item by post, please contact our customer service team at studio17@hotmail.co.uk to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return postage. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Ensure that the item is securely packed in its original packaging, including all paperwork, parts, and accessories. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
