Pilates Instructor
Pilates has been a part of my life since age 14 where I began classes at the London Junior and Senior Ballet school to help support my dance training. I loved dance, but pretty quickly Pilates became my favourite class of the week! I became an instructor because I wanted to help other people feel the way I did that day I discovered Pilates. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, helping them improve their mobility, core strength, flexibility and mental well-being. My classes are fun, friendly and are designed for everybody and every body! A mix of classical and contemporary Pilates, my classes contain lots of variety making them effective but, most importantly, enjoyable. I love seeing my clients get stronger and happier and encourage everyone to try Pilates at least once because I’m so glad I did!
