This exclusive 2-hour event is designed to provide a holistic approach to well-being, combining movement, mindfulness, and breathwork to help you achieve a deeper connection between your mind and body. The workshop will be divided into two 45-minute sessions with a refreshment break in between (refreshments will be provided). 🌿 Part 1: "Mind-Body Connect" Movement Class Led by Lysta, this unique session integrates Pilates with holistic health practices, focusing on the deep connection between physical well-being and mental health. The "Mind-Body Connect" class emphasises mindfulness, emotional regulation, and a deeper understanding of the nervous system and various mental states. Through gentle, restorative movement flows, participants are guided into the present moment, promoting mental clarity and overall balance. 🌿 Session 2: Breathwork & Meditation James O'Keefe, an incredible breathwork coach who is collaborating with us for this event, will lead a session focusing on the power of breath in managing both mental and physical health. He will discuss the benefits of mindful breathing and conclude with an energising breathwork and meditation session designed to leave you feeling rejuvenated and centred. We believe this workshop will be a transformative experience and a great way to enhance your well-being. Spaces are limited to ensure a personalised experience, so be sure to reserve your spot asap!
