Kay brings many years of yoga practice to her teaching and believes the physical and mental benefits of yoga are available to those of all ages and abilities, if you practice with a spirit of enquiry.
Her teaching style aims to bring a subtler, richer, deeper experience of moving with breath. Kay approaches teaching as she approaches life with an enlivening curiosity to find a sense of ease and balance as a buffer to life’s challenges. She also encourages students to find their pathways for cultivating their own meaningful practice.
